loan application. Be
sure to ORDER
YOUR CREDIT REPORT.
It's FAST, SIMPLE and SECURE. Remember, we must have your credit
report to begin our due diligence process. If you are not ready to

The
chart below shows what YOU'RE doing and what WE'RE doing, during the
processing period before loan funding. Typically, a loan with e-MoneySolutions
may take two to three weeks from the time we receive all necessary
paperwork; however, the length of time can vary depending on the
efficiency of the outside vendors and suppliers we use in your community
for the legal and title work, and the real estate appraisals.

pre-qualifies your loan request. We phone you with the

collect the necessary paperwork from your records (see Loan
Checklist) and fax it to our office at 801-771-4026 or

Our
Loan Processing Dept quality controls the paperwork, orders
the appraisal, title and legal work, gets final approval,
etc. |

meet the home appraiser at your home for the on-site
inspection. The appraiser will call to set an
appointment. |
The
appraiser completes the report and sends it to us. |
| You
sign the loan papers near your home or work, with one
of our representatives. |
Your
loan is funded, and then we all SMILE! |

To
improve your chances of getting a loan approval:

Fill out the loan application completely.

Order and pay for your credit report.

Respond promptly to any requests for additional documents.

DO NOT make any major purchases. Do not buy a car, furniture
or another house till your loan is closed. Anything that causes your
debts to increase might have an adverse affect on your current
application. This is very important.

Do not move money into or out of your bank accounts unless it can be
traced. If you are receiving money from friends, family or other
relatives, please contact us immediately.

Do
not go out of town around the closing date. If you do plan to be out
of town when your loan is expected to close, please contact us
immediately.
