 LOAN CHECKLIST

After we receive your online loan application and credit report, thoroughly review them and have a telephone conversation with you about your options, we will need the following information.  Please collect these documents and fax them to our processing center at (801) 771-4026 or (801) 991-3049 so we can complete the entire underwriting process.  If you have questions, please contact us at processing@e-moneysolutions.com 

Print this list and use it as a checklist.

For Salaried/W-2 or Retired Borrowers:

  • Completed internet Loan Application and required credit report
  • Copy of last 2 most recent pay stubs for all borrowers (with YTD totals)
  • Copy of last 3 months bank statements
  • Copy of last 2 retirement/stock/mutual fund/IRA account statements
  • Current mortgage statement and/or account information
  • Last 2 years W-2's and/or 1099's for all borrowers
  • Verification of any additional income (ie divorce decree, child support payments)
  • Copy of the first page of your Homeowner's insurance policy with agent's name and telephone number
  • A copy of your deed
  • A copy of the promissory note(s) showing the terms of your current first and second mortgage(s)
  • A crisp, clear copy of each borrower's driver's license (Hint: enlarging will make it clearer)
  • Last two years Federal Income Tax Returns (if earnings are > 25% commissions)
  • Letter of Disability or Award Letter (if Disabled or Retired)
  • Lease Agreement(s) for any rental income property (if applicable)

For Self-employed Borrowers:

  • Completed internet Loan Application and required credit report
  • Corporate or Partnership AND Personal tax returns for previous 2 years including all K-1's
  • Business and Personal Bank Statements for past 12 months
  • Signed Year-To-Date Profit or Loss Statement (unaudited)
  • Copy of business license for last 3 years
  • Copy of last 2 retirement/stock/mutual fund/IRA account statements
  • Current mortgage statement and/or account information
  • Verification of any additional income (ie divorce decree, child support payments)
  • Copy of the first page of your Homeowner's insurance policy with agent's name and telephone number
  • A copy of your deed
  • A copy of the promissory note(s) showing the terms of your current first and second mortgage(s)

Having this information available will expedite the loan process.  Overall, the information is needed in order to make a decision on your application.  We may need additional information from you as we process the loan. Please make sure you quickly return the information to us.
