After completing a search on the Internet, I was a bit skeptical about refinancing via long distance. But the first thing that attracted me was that on your website, Jeanie posted that she was an upfront mortgage broker. This and a search for an honest lender prompted me to place a telephone call.

I Can't say enough about the quality of customer service that I received when I refinanced our home loans. I was looking for someone that would explain, in detail, everything that I needed to know. Jeanie answered all of my questions (and Ihad many!) in a complete and prompt manner. She also used layman's terms to explain the loan process and application procedures.

From conversing via phone and e-mail, to providing me with a competitive rate, to informing me of what documents were needed, to scheduling the closing date at our convenience, to the favorable experience with the attorney's office, Jeane and Shelly exhibited their competence as outstanding mortgage lenders.

"Your website and your feedback is refreshing, following several days of frustration.  Although I am an accountant and a knowledgeable consumer, I have found mortgage refinancing to be a financial minefield of tricks and traps.  There are a lot of numbers that get thrown around.  Common sense tells me that there are a lot of deals going on behind the scene.  Even though I have a strong background in accounting, finance and consumer issues, refinancing a home scares the heck out of me.  It seems that there is very little unbiased information available.  If you're buying a $10,000 car, you can check Consumer Reports for rate-of-repair, get valuation data from Edmunds and have a mechanic check the car out.  If you're trying to get a $100,000 mortgage, where much more money is on the line, there is almost nothing to guide you!
